All I wanted was a phone that was rugged since i drop and just toss my phone all over. I wanted something worry free. This is exactly what i got. This phone can be dropped and tossed around and it will not suffer cosmetic or mechanical damage.
I have had this phone for over 1 year and it looks like the I just pulled it out of the box. The sound is very clear and It has stronger ability to pck up great reception compared to the 15 previous phones I have owned in the last 10 years.
It even has a Micro SD card I can download music into and play my MP3’s via it’s music player.
The push to talk feature is great. I use this with Boost mobiles $50 a month unlimited plan and I couldnt be happier.
If you want a rugged quality good sounding and functioning phone with the ability to play MP3’s and games along with a camera, which is a bonus, you will love this phone.
I use my phone primarily to talk not to play games or take pictures. I simply wanted a phone that wouldnt break and get all scratched up from being in my pocket with my keys.
My girlfriend , who works a very hectic job, loved it so much she got one for herself. She loves tossing it around and not worrying about it.
The phone has great battery life. I had it standby for almost 5 days before charging it. Usually I charge it every two days with my typical use. My girlfriend who talks all day long charges it every night but thats not bad for a real estate agent who spends alot of time on the phone.
It meets military spec standards and is tested by being dropped 30 ft. Thats really good. The shell of the phone is a plastic/rubber that allows you to rub off scratches and keep it looking new.
In summary this is a rugged phone with great features. If you want a phone you dont have to baby with pretty cases for protection and if you want a phone with excellent sound quality that can be used hands free with its speakerphone feature this is for you.
When I purchased the phone 15 months ago it was $399 retail in the sprint/nextel store. I think the prices here are great. to be honest if I lost this one I wouldnt mind spending $399 to get another.

After years of service from a I-710 it was time for a new phone. If you are looking for a rugid easy to manipulate phone this should be on your list of choices. The only downfall I can find is the ring volume is not as loud as the 710. Other than that, this is about as good as it gets for a workhorse phone.
